Bradley International Parking Garage

At the Bradley International Airport Parking Garage, Frank Capasso & Sons completed a comprehensive concrete restoration and waterproofing project to enhance the structure’s durability and long-term performance. Work included surface and pour strip concrete repairs using epoxy and polymer-modified materials across all levels, as well as shear connector repairs on Levels 2 and 5. Vertical, overhead, and curb repairs were performed throughout the garage with finishes carefully matched to the existing structure. Waterproofing efforts included crack repairs, joint restoration, traffic membrane recoating, and pressure epoxy injection. Additional upgrades involved new expansion joints, supplemental shear connectors, and drainage system improvements. These targeted repairs ensure the continued safety, functionality, and reliability of this high-traffic parking facility.
